	Each In-Home Childcare Candidate MUST: Be prescreened via an intense telephone interview. Participate in an extensive personal interview and complete our comprehensive written application. Have each individual reference checked and verified by Be Our Nanny. Have all previous non-childcare employment and education verified by Be Our Nanny. Pass a background check by a licensed private investigative firm, as a result of which the potential candidate must:     a) have no prior criminal record;     b) possess a clear and valid driver's license record; and     c) possess a valid social security number which corresponds exclusively to and confirms the identity of the potential candidate. Make a one-year committment to remain with a family for permanent placements.
