We know that the right nanny uniquely nurtures the development of a child's emotional, intellectual, and physical maturity. Helping children grow and develop self-esteem, knowledge and independence requires motivation, flexibility, creativity and teamwork. Being a nanny is rewarding, satisfying, important and demanding. We pride ourselves in presenting only well-trained, fully qualified professional candidates to our clients. Please take a moment to ask yourself whether you possess the following qualifications we ask of our in-home childcare candidates.

Do you possess a warm, nurturing attitude towards children?
Are you a high school graduate? Do you have additional schooling?
Can you make a one year commitment to a family?
Do you have extensive childcare experience, either as a nanny, au-pair, babysitter, daycare worker, teacher, etc.
Do you have verifiable childcare, business and educational references?
Do you possess a valid driver's license with a clean record?
Are you a non-smoker?
Are you a U.S. citizen or otherwise able to legally accept employment in the United States?
Are you willing to authorize a criminal, DMV and Social Security background check and verification?
Are you devoted to your role as a nurturing, loving and patient caregiver to other people's children?
